1. Blind Box Products
All products sold on our website are blind box collectible figures. Due to the random and surprise nature of blind box products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
· You received a character that was not your preferred design.
· You changed your mind after opening the package.
· You ordered the wrong item by mistake.
· You received duplicate figures.
· You no longer wish to keep the item.
By purchasing a blind box product, you acknowledge and accept the inherent randomness of blind box collectibles.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
· Damaged during shipping;
· Defective due to manufacturing issues; or
· Different from the item you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
· Your order number;
· Photos of the product and packaging;
· A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
· A replacement item;
· Store credit; or
· A refund.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
